Summary: The role of CAD Technician involves supporting an influx of projects within Building Services Engineering for an industry-leading client. The position requires extensive knowledge in the field and proficiency in creating coordinated drawings with MEP Services. The technician will also be responsible for surveying and reporting on existing engineering installations. This is a 12-month contract position based in Manchester with hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support an influx of projects as a CAD Technician.
- Create coordinated drawings with MEP Services.
- Survey and report on existing engineering installations.
Key Skills:
- Extensive knowledge within Building Services Engineering.
- Experience with coordinated drawings and MEP Services.
- Adept with AutoCAD; Revit experience is not essential.
