Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support the CAD team, allocating work and monitoring performance.
- Develop, implement, and enforce CAD standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate drawing production and interfaces between engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables meet National Grid compliance requirements and project specifications.
- Review and approve drawings for accuracy, consistency, and quality prior to issue.
- Maintain drawing registers, version control, and document management processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and digital delivery methods.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members where required.
