Essential Qualifications & Experience 3+ year’s experience in design, drafting and/or construction working in a drawing office Knowledge of current 2D and 3D tools: AutoCAD, Civil 3D Knowledge of orthographic projection, plans, sections, elevations & details Knowledge of drawing revision/issuing control and procedures Be able to interpret sketches from engineers to produce working drawings/models Accuracy, tenacity, diplomacy, results-oriented and a team player good presentation skills. good communication/interpersonal skills good English language skills – oral and written Discretion – able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information Desirable Understanding of Contract Management, particularly NEC Experience of developing technical solutions, with design decisions validated through design interface. Membership of a Professional Institute leading to Chartered Status is an advantage
