We're looking for an experienced CAD Coordinator with a strong ductwork/Building Services background to join a growing contractor with a busy pipeline of projects across London and Surrey.
The business is open to both permanent and contract candidates, so whether you're looking for your next long-term move or a solid Outside IR35 contract, we'd like to hear from you.
You'll spend around 3 days per week in the Dartford office and 2 days on project sites.
What you'll be doing
- Producing and coordinating ductwork CAD drawings
- Supporting Building Services projects through detailed delivery
- Coordinating drawings with wider MEP services
- Working closely with project and site teams
- Resolving drawing and coordination issues
- Supporting projects across London and Surrey
What we're looking for
- Strong CAD experience - essential
- Previous ductwork experience
- Building Services/MEP contractor experience
- Good understanding of construction-stage coordination
- Active CSCS card desirable
- Able to work between Dartford and project sites
Permanent or Contract
Permanent: 45,000- 55,000 + strong bonus potential
Contract: 24- 30 per hour, initial 6 months
There's plenty of work ahead, including a multimillion-pound project starting in October and a long-term programme of retail projects. For contractors, there's good potential for work beyond the initial six months, while permanent candidates will be joining a business looking to grow over the coming years.
