Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Trading team to design, develop, test, and deploy high-value trading software solutions.
- Champion best practices, agreed standards, policies, and procedures across development and digital product delivery, ensuring full adherence to governance and compliance frameworks.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, keeping pace with emerging trends and evolving industry best practices.
- Take ownership of early-stage product concepts built in C# and .NET, driving them through to production in close collaboration with the wider team.
- Engage confidently and directly with business stakeholders and end-users of the developed software as needed.
- Produce clear, quantifiable estimates and contribute actively to workshops and design sessions.

- Proven expertise in C# and the .NET framework, with hands-on experience in multithreading, networking (TCP/IP, sockets), and design patterns applicable to desktop applications and server-side trading systems (e.g., MVVM, Pub/Sub, dependency injection).
