Summary: The C#. Net Developer role involves the development and support of Business Intelligence applications using the MS .NET platform with C#. The position requires collaboration with the BI IT department and adherence to Change Management Control procedures. The developer will also engage in database interactions and provide IT support for existing applications. This is a 6-month contract position based in London with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and design applications.
• Program in Visual C#.NET WPF using Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Conduct unit testing and quality assurance.
• Support existing C# and .NET applications and provide general IT support.
• Follow Change Management Control procedures for production updates.
• Define database objects and interact with database administrators.
• Provide scripts for database enquiry languages, such as T-SQL.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in C# & .NET development.
• Good experience in Windows application development (WPF).
• Understanding of MS .NET Framework environments.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented programming concepts.
• Quality-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience with Agile delivery and CI/Automation tools.
• Web application development skills (desirable).
• DevOps and network configuration skills (desirable).
