Summary: The C#. Net Developer role is focused on the development and support of Business Intelligence applications using the MS .NET platform, specifically with C#. The position requires collaboration with the BI IT department and involves tasks such as application design, programming, and quality assurance. The role is a 6-month contract based in London, requiring three days a week on-site work, and is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and design applications accordingly.
• Program in Visual C#.NET WPF using Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Conduct unit testing and quality assurance (QA) for applications.
• Support existing C# and .NET applications and provide general IT support.
• Follow Development Teams' Change Management Control procedures for production updates.
• Define database objects required in the systems and interact with database administrators.
• Provide scripts for database enquiry languages, such as T-SQL.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in C# and .NET development.
• Good experience in Windows application development (WPF).
• Understanding of MS .NET Framework environments and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Quality-oriented and self-motivated.
• Desirable web application development skills.
• DevOps operating system installation/version skills at a high level.
• IIS configuration tuning skills and network configuration skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery and CI/Automation tools.
