Summary: The role is for a C# Fullstack Developer specializing in Typescript, JavaScript, and modern React, focused on the FX Options business within investment banking. The position involves working on various projects related to pricing, booking, and risk management, requiring both independent and collaborative work. This is a long-term, rolling contract requiring four days a week in the office, paid through an umbrella company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in projects related to FX options based on priorities.
- Utilize expertise in Typescript, JavaScript, modern React, and C#.
- Engage in microservices development, refactoring, and clean code practices.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in SCRUM meetings (stand-ups and retrospectives).
- Work collaboratively within a Front Office IT team.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in C#, Typescript, JavaScript, and modern React.
- Experience with .NET 8.0, ASP .NET Web API, and service-oriented architectures.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GIT (Bitbucket) and TeamCity.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
- Proactive and flexible problem-solving approach.
- Knowledge of C++ and Java is a bonus.
