The Role
- Lead the end-to-end development life cycle of WPF applications in Visual C#.NET, managing projects from initial business requirement gathering through to implementation.
- Architect and optimize database objects and complex queries using T-SQL (SQL Server) and PL/SQL (Oracle) to support high-volume financial data analysis.
- Modernize and support legacy infrastructure by maintaining WinForms applications and MS VBA/Excel macro-based systems essential for daily banking operations.
- Manage system distribution across Citrix and application servers, ensuring high availability across Development, QA, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments.
- Collaborate globally with DBA and Infrastructure teams in London and New York to troubleshoot failures and optimize data processing loads.
