Now’s your chance to be part of that journey. We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Buyer to join our Regional Civils team on a fixed-term contract. What you'll be doing

• Leading the procurement process from tender to award, ensuring value for money and contract compliance.
• Building strong, performance-led relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
• Supporting work-winning opportunities and delivering sustainable procurement and social value.
• Collaborating across departments to meet commercial and HSEQ+S objectives.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying new supply opportunities.

Who we're looking for

• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within construction or a related sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of delivering high-value deals.
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to compliance.
• Experience with Oracle R12 (a plus!) and ideally MCIPS or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Category Management, SRM, and SPM is desirable.
