Summary: Duffy Group is looking for an experienced Buyer to join their construction procurement team in Feltham. The role involves managing the procurement of materials and services for RC Frame and groundwork projects, ensuring alignment with operational and commercial goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for supplier relationships, invoice approvals, and procurement reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure construction materials, plant, and overheads in line with project specifications and budgets
• Support tender submissions by assisting estimators with accurate material pricing
• Build, manage, and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery
• Review and approve supplier invoices against purchase orders, resolving discrepancies as required
• Monitor supplier performance and contribute to monthly and quarterly procurement reports
• Conduct annual supplier tender processes and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Liaise closely with site teams and contract managers to ensure procurement aligns with programme and site requirements
• Manage procurement activities across multiple live project sites
