Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders and supplier communications in ERP system
  • Update procurement plans and communicate forecasts to suppliers
  • Support supplier reviews, resolve supply issues, and maintain inventory levels
  • Monitor material expiry, minimise waste, and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate supplier records and identify process improvements

Key Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience in a manufacturing or complex operations environment
