Summary: The role of Buyer for a well-established menswear brand involves overseeing the full buying process for key categories, from concept to delivery, within a creative and commercial environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full buying process for key menswear categories from concept to delivery
- Work closely with design and technical teams to develop trend-relevant, commercially viable product
- Manage supplier relationships, cost negotiations, and critical path timelines
- Support cross-functional teams with accurate costing, BOMs, and margin management
- Ensure product ranges align with brand vision, margin targets, and seasonal goals
Key Skills:
- 2+ years experience in a buyer or junior buyer role
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and development process
- Confident working with Far East suppliers and managing negotiations
- Commercially minded with a sharp eye for product and detail
- Able to work independently and support the wider team in a fast-paced environment
