What You'll Do:Negotiate & Secure: Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate major subcontracts and purchase orders for EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) of onshore construction projects.Collaborate & Support: Assist our Commercial department by obtaining quotations and issuing pre-agreements.Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with key market players.Contract Management: Review variation order requests, ensuring price consistency and adherence to contractual terms.Stay Informed: Keep our team updated on technical, commercial, and contractual developments related to the packages you manage.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with government regulations and company policies.Team Player: Assist with departmental duties during team members' absences and take on any other tasks as needed. What You Bring:Experience: At least 10 years of procurement experience, particularly in negotiating high-value subcontracts and purchase orders within the oil & gas sector.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in SAP for creating and processing subcontracts and POs is essential. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must.Professional Edge: Membership in a Purchasing Institute is a plus, but not required.
