Summary: The Business Transformation Project Manager role is a part-time contract position based in Central Scotland, requiring approximately three days of onsite presence per week. The successful candidate will lead critical transformation initiatives for a high-profile organization, managing complex change programmes across multiple workstreams. This position is ideal for an experienced project manager with a strong background in change management, particularly within FMCG or manufacturing sectors. The contract is initially for eight months, with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive complex business transformation programmes across multiple workstreams and strategic initiatives
- Own end-to-end change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and adoption planning
- Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure alignment across leadership, programme teams, and stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
- Act as a proactive programme driver, identifying and resolving blockers to maintain delivery momentum
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, influencing decision-making and securing buy-in
- Track and report on programme progress, risks, outcomes, and change readiness metrics
- Foster a collaborative, delivery-focused environment that supports successful business and operational change
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering multiple large-scale business transformation projects
- Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement at senior level
- Experience within FMCG and/or manufacturing environments is essential
