You will act as a senior external programme lead, driving transformation from strategy through to execution, while engaging closely with executive stakeholders and steering committees. The critical distinction is this: they are looking for an external programme manager who has independently governed complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes, reporting to a steering committee or client stakeholders.

  • Identify and manage interdependencies, risks and delivery blockers, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
  • Oversee change management and business readiness, ensuring successful adoption across all impacted areas
