Summary: The Business Transformation & Skills Associate at MITIH will engage with Salford-based SMEs to drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance operations and customer experiences. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders to design and implement change interventions that align with both immediate and long-term business goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Salford-based SMEs to understand their needs, challenges, and current operations
  • Design and deliver strategic workshops and initiatives that drive meaningful change
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, offering expert insight and constructive challenge
  • Monitor progress and adapt strategies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and communications
  • Identify skills gaps and define relevant interventions to assist in the adoption of technologies and business processes
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to map current processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop and present solutions aligned with client goals
  • Collaborate with clients and tech partners to ensure smooth delivery and measurable results
  • Support stakeholders through change and training on new systems/processes
  • Build strong relationships and maintain open, effective communication
  • Define KPIs and track the success of transformation initiatives
  • Foster a culture of innovation and ongoing improvement

MITIH is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Transformation & Skills Associate to join our team at MediaCity. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Salford-based SMEs, providing expert guidance to shape and deliver digital transformation initiatives that drive measurable impact. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and executives to design and implement tailored change interventions that align with both immediate goals and long-term ambitions. Your work will span across:

  • Digital Transformation – Leveraging technology to enhance operations, customer experience, and business models
  • Business Process Transformation – Streamlining operations to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Data Transformation – Enhancing data capabilities to drive insight-led decision-making
  • Business Model Transformation – Evolving business models to meet changing market demands
