Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor dashboards and tooling performance
- Tag and manage incidents within SLAs
- Perform Tier 1 troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Gather business requirements for system improvements
- Support UAT (test cases, coordination, validation)
- Create clear SOPs, process flows and documentation
- Partner with supply chain and operations teams
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on systems troubleshooting experience
- Experience supporting ERP or supply chain tooling
- Solid UAT exposure (writing and executing test cases)
- Comfortable extracting/reporting data from dashboards
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills
- Nice to have: Oracle Fusion or similar ERP exposure
- Warehouse/inventory systems background
- Global rollout or MDM experience

We're hiring a hands-on Business Systems Analyst to support and improve supply chain tooling within a global tech environment. This is not a transformation strategy role. This is a practical, operational systems role where you'll own tooling health, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements.
