Summary: The Business Support Coordinator II is responsible for processing routine daily source documents for multi-state, biweekly payroll, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes for various employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Process routine daily source documents for multi-state, biweekly payroll.
- Create and run reports from ADP as requested.
- Ensure the integrity of employee information in ADP Global View.
- Perform manual calculations of 401K and HSA/FSA deductions.
Key Skills:
- High school diploma and 3+ years administrative experience.
- Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 1 year experience with ADP.
- Human Resources experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude and strong customer focus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-starter and independent problem solver.
- Strong organizational/planning skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills required.
- Knowledge of ARBOX compliance preferred.
- Knowledge of federal/state labor laws preferred.
- Professional payroll certification (CPP or FPC) preferred.
- Payroll background with a minimum of 3 years.
- Understanding of 401K and FSA/HSA annual limits.
- Quality data entry with attention to detail.

Process routine daily source documents for multi-state, biweekly payroll, such as new hires, terminations, salary changes, retroactive pay, W-4 s, direct deposit, address changes, etc. for all Inc home-office, field medical, Washington D.C. office, NNIRC employees and all Inc. non-exempt employees. Creates/Runs reports from ADP as requested. Ensure the integrity of employee information into ADP Global View. Manual calculation of 401K and HSA/FSA deductions for all individuals transferring from one affiliate to another.
Requirements:
- Requires high school diploma and 3+ years administrative
- Associate s degree in business or related field preferred.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $33.00 - $33.49/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
