Summary: The Business Support Analyst role involves supporting project management and daily operations within the IT Supply Chain team, focusing on tooling and process improvements. The position requires monitoring and reporting on tooling health, providing Tier 1 support, and assisting with system enhancements and documentation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain operations and data analysis, particularly with Oracle systems. This is a 12-month contract based in London, requiring three days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor dashboard, adding incident tags, extracting data and report for tooling health.
  • Proactively flag risk to the core team.
  • Identify tooling issues in tasks and provide root cause analysis and prompt feedback.
  • Create and maintain tooling manuals (workflows, tagging, set up requirements and troubleshooting guide).
  • Provide Tier 1 on call support for Supply Chain tooling issue triage and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all resolution time SLA are achieved for all Tier levels.
  • Assist business team for process and system enhancements - document problem, create business requirement, validate impact metrics and propose for prioritization.
  • Conduct value streaming as a process, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions for simple problems.
  • Monitor and report status of enhancement implementation.
  • Support system implementation - creating testing scenarios and cases, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), debugging, and provide status updates.
  • Create and maintain process/training documentation (update WIKI).
  • Assist with global process/tooling rollout.

Key Skills:

  • 5 years experience in Supply Chain, preferably with Oracle, warehouse operation, manufacturing system.
  • Basic project management in system implementations, experience in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Data analysis skills - using dashboards to analyze data and report to business.
  • Advanced documentation skills (i.e. process flows creation, SOP documentation, training guides/manuals).
  • Problem solving skills; experience working with cross-functional partners.

About the Role

Client’s IT Supply Chain is responsible for fulfilling all internal end user IT needs. We build integrated, scalable, and robust processes and systems to manage planning & inventory life cycle. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and support project management, and day-to-day operations for tooling and processes improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Operation support
  • Monitor dashboard, adding incident tags, extracting data and report for tooling health.
