Summary: The Business Solutions Manager will lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of cross-functional solution design and transition, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and define scalable, sustainable, and strategically aligned cross-functional business solutions.
- Lead end-to-end solution walkthroughs with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Drive transitions from current to future operating models, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum business value.
- Facilitate alignment of delivery partners around scope, dependencies, and timelines.
- Act as a key contributor to governance forums, providing insights on solution readiness and risks.
- Represent the team in Dependency Management and Critical Initiative Tracking (CIT) forums.
- Champion customer-centric decision-making using design thinking and customer journey methodologies.
