Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize meetings, workshops, and events, producing agendas and capturing minutes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain information, filing, and database systems, including budget monitoring and administrative support for financial processes.
  • Assist the Business Services Team in delivering project milestones.
  • Support procurement of contractors and repurposing of offices.
  • Liaise with contractors and departments during decant processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Oversee services to auxiliary and smaller offices, maintaining databases and managing office closures.
  • Support Business Service contracts and coordinate physical services with suppliers and account managers.
  • Assist with local business continuity activities, developing and testing effective BCPs.

Key Skills:

  • Recent administrative experience, preferably in housing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Immediate availability or short notice readiness.

Salary (Rate): £24.95
