Summary: The Business Services Administrator role at a Housing Association involves providing administrative support for a temporary period of approximately two months. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize meetings, workshops, and events, producing agendas and capturing minutes.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain information, filing, and database systems, including budget monitoring and administrative support for financial processes.
- Assist the Business Services Team in delivering project milestones.
- Support procurement of contractors and repurposing of offices.
- Liaise with contractors and departments during decant processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Oversee services to auxiliary and smaller offices, maintaining databases and managing office closures.
- Support Business Service contracts and coordinate physical services with suppliers and account managers.
- Assist with local business continuity activities, developing and testing effective BCPs.
Key Skills:
- Recent administrative experience, preferably in housing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Immediate availability or short notice readiness.
