Summary: A Business Operations Project Manager is needed in Southampton for a 6-month contract to oversee the integration of staff and operations during a series of mergers and acquisitions. The role requires managing various business operations activities, including TUPE, training, and data migration. The ideal candidate should be immediately available and capable of navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment. This position is classified as outside IR35 and offers a daily rate of £400-£550.

Key Responsibilities:

A project manager is required to bring control to a business going through a series of mergers and acquisitions.

You will have experience of managing the mobilisation of staff, TUPE, overseeing training requirements, facilities repurposing/relocation, data migration and other business operations activities in this new but exciting time for the organisation.

Working with colleagues across with diverse range of skills you will bring order and control to a process with many moving parts.

Being able to manage ambiguity will be essential.

We are looking to work with someone who is immediately available and can fulfil a 6month contract
