Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement new tools and processes supporting the Pharma Vision.
- Lead projects using appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to ensure value delivery within timelines.
- Establish team norms and facilitate effective decision-making and workflows.
- Engage the broader organization to ensure project awareness and address concerns while maximizing impact and adoption.
Key Skills:
- Over 7 years of experience in project and program management, particularly in regulated sectors.
- Proficient in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative and assertive style.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
- Foundational knowledge of machine learning and analytics pipelines is a bonus.
