Summary: The role of Business Process Manager involves leading process-driven changes within a significant transformation program for a key partner of RED Global. This 12-month contract position requires a professional with extensive experience in SAP Business Processes and project management, focusing on governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement. The position is hybrid, requiring two days on-site in St Albans, UK, and is set to start ASAP. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive process-led change within a large transformation programme.
- Ensure effective project delivery while supporting governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Improve and embed business processes, coordinate teams and suppliers, and manage risks and dependencies.
- Achieve programme objectives, timelines, and business outcomes.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years experience with SAP Business Processes / Project or Programme Management.
- Proven experience with large transformation programmes (S4/HANA experience is a strong preference).
- Extensive experience with planning, governance and delivery oversight.
- RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies).
- Stakeholder management and senior leadership engagement.
- Background in Finance domain.
- Strong communication skills with English.

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has an opportunity for a Business Process Manager to join them on a large transformation program. This is a 12 Month contract role, with excellent extension opportunities.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be Hybrid, 2 days on-site in St Albans, UK.
Role responsibility:
You will be responsible for driving process-led change within a large transformation programme, ensuring projects are delivered effectively while supporting governance, planning, reporting and stakeholder engagement. The role focuses on improving and embedding business processes, coordinating teams and suppliers, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring programme objectives, timelines and business outcomes are achieved.
Specific skills/experience:
- 5+ years experience with SAP Business Processes / Project or Programme Management
