Summary: The role of Process Consultant involves delivering a significant transformation of business processes and IT systems for a leading global pharmaceutical client through the implementation of a single global SAP S/4 HANA Solution. The consultant will be part of the Centre of Process Excellence team, focusing on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core business processes. This position requires expertise in process improvement and a strong understanding of supply chain environments. The role is outside of IR35 and offers a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver transformation of business processes and IT landscape through SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core business processes.
- Work collaboratively within the Centre of Process Excellence team.
- Utilize expertise in process improvement and optimisation.
Key Skills:
- Solid experience of process improvement/process excellence.
- Practical experience working on process optimisation within SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement approaches.
- Experience working in a supply chain environment, including Network, Strategy, and Supply Chain Planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Salary (Rate): £500.00 daily

Process Consultant – Supply Chain / Lean Sigma- £500p/d (Outside of IR35) Leading Global Pharmaceutical Client now requires an experienced Process Consultant to deliver a major transformation of its business processes and IT landscape through the implementation of a single global SAP S/4 HANA Solution. The Process Consultant will join the Centre of Process Excellence team, contributing expertise to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of core business processes that underpin this transformation.
Key Skills:
- Solid experience of process improvement/process excellence
- Practical experience working on process optimisation within SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement approaches
- Experience working in a supply chain environment i.e. Network, Strategy and Supply Chain Planning
- Ideally, previously worked within Pharma (Desirable not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Rate: £500p/d (Outside of IR35) Duration: 6 Months Location: Macclesfield (2/3 days a week)
