This position requires leading workshops, developing process maps, and applying methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days on-site work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate live process mapping workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop end-to-end process maps to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Apply structured problem-solving, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to process design and optimisation.
  • Drive process excellence initiatives within large-scale transformation programs (ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or similar).
  • Partner with supply chain teams (Network, Strategy, Planning) to enhance operational performance and streamline processes.
  • Manage or leverage BPM tools (e.g., Signavio, BIC, or equivalent) for process modelling, governance, and optimisation.
  • Support the design and rollout of best practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and transformation goals.
  • Confidently present findings, recommendations, and process designs to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Skills:

  • Strong process mapping skills and hands-on experience in process optimisation.
  • Practical experience in operational excellence within ERP / SAP S/4HANA or similar large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record in supply chain environments, with exposure to network, strategy, and planning processes.
  • Experience using or managing BPM applications (e.g., Signavio, BIC).
  • Demonstrated application of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • SAP / S/4HANA or ERP experience (advantageous).
