Summary: We're seeking a skilled Business Architect to design, model, and optimise critical business processes for a leading UK organisation. The role involves translating customer journeys into detailed process flows and driving process standardisation and automation. The successful candidate will facilitate workshops and link process designs to application architecture for seamless implementation. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement and an initial contract duration of 5 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document end-to-end business processes aligned with the target operating model.
- Translate customer and user journeys into detailed process flows and service interactions.
- Develop clear process models using industry-standard notations (eg, BPMN).
- Drive process standardisation, simplification, and automation.
- Facilitate workshops to validate designs and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Link process designs to application and system architecture for seamless implementation.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Process Architecture, Business Analysis, or Operational Design.
- Background in regulated industries or high-volume sales/service environments.
- Experience designing processes within digitally enabled businesses.
- Skilled in enterprise-level process design for large-scale transformations.
- Proficiency in process modelling tools and BPMN or equivalent standards.
- Ability to navigate complex environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
