Business Process Analyst (Workday)12 month fixed term contractSalary up to 60,000 base plus benefits including pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, generous holiday allowance, and employee discounts.Hybrid working model with flexibility and occasional workshops in West MidlandsOne stage interview process, successful candidate can start as soon as SeptemberInterviews next week Partnering with a global Automotive organisation, seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst with Workday experience.This organisation is going through a significant period of growth following a recent acquisition, this person will play a crucial part in their Workday implementation programme, focusing on harmonising and optimising HR processes.Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed process maps and models using BPML and Visio.Collaborate closely with HR experts and stakeholders to understand existing processes and gather requirements.Support the harmonisation of HR processes across the organization, ensuring consistency and efficiency.Create comprehensive documentation for new and revised processes.Continuously improve process efficiency and effectiveness.Engage with stakeholders to validate process designs and gather feedback. Experience: Proven experience in process modelling (BPML & Visio)Strong understanding of HR processes and policies, particularly harmonisation and standardisation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex process requirements into clear and actionable modelsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholdersExperience with additional process modelling/workflow tools.
