Summary: The Business Process Analyst role focuses on mapping and designing current and future business processes, collaborating with teams to identify improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Map and design current and future business processes.
- Collaborate with business teams to analyze and map processes across the end-to-end journey, identifying improvement opportunities (AS-IS and TO-BE).
- Support business teams in identifying risks and control points.
- Translate business processes into user-friendly language to facilitate change.
- Provide support to end users post-implementation of process improvements.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in business process mapping analysis (AS-IS and TO-BE).
- Experience in reviewing current business processes and assisting in implementation of recommendations.
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement in a business environment.
- Previous experience with organizational change.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for accuracy and effectiveness, maintaining high performance standards.
- Preferably trained to a minimum Green Belt level in Lean Six Sigma.
- Natural problem solver with experience in root cause analysis.
- Able to understand organizational issues and challenges related to change processes.

Purpose of the role
- Our client is seeking a Business Process Analyst to map and design out current and future processes.
- Work collaboratively with business teams to analyse and map business processes across the end-to-end journey identifying opportunities for improvements (AS-IS And TO-BE).
- Work with business teams to support them in identifying risks and control points.
- Help translate business processes into a language that an end-user will understand to bring about change.
- Provide support to business end users once the process improvement change has been implemented.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Essential:
- Proven Experience of Business Process mapping analysis (AS-IS and TO-BE).
- Experience of reviewing current business processes, offering recommendations and assisting in the implementation of this
- Experience of implementing continuous improvement within a Business environment.
- You will have previous experience with organisational change.
- Highly organised you will have a keen eye for accuracy and effectiveness and will set and maintain high performance standards.
- Preferably trained to minimum Green Belt level in Lean Six Sigma.
- Natural problem solver, with experience of root cause analysis and identification.
- Able to understand organisational issues and challenges and how people go through change and experience the change process Integrity
