Summary: The Business Process Analyst (Finance/ERP) role is focused on supporting a large-scale transformation programme for the implementation of a new ERP system. The position requires an experienced analyst with strong finance knowledge to design, map, and optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end process mapping across finance functions
  • Facilitate and run workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
  • Produce detailed process maps using Visio
  • Analyse and improve Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
  • Support ERP implementation activities, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined
  • Translate business needs into structured documentation
  • Engage with stakeholders across multiple business units

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Business Process Analyst within transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and terminology
  • Experience working on ERP implementations (SAP preferred)
  • Exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments
  • Strong process mapping skills (Visio)
  • Confident in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement

We are supporting a large-scale transformation programme focused on the implementation of a new ERP system across multiple entities.

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst with strong finance knowledge to support the design, mapping, and optimisation of business processes as part of this implementation.

This is a long-term opportunity on a complex programme, offering exposure to enterprise-wide change and transformation.
