Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lead analyst in monitoring progress and analyzing data against key performance targets.
- Ensure data quality checks and procedures are embedded and followed.
- Manipulate data and provide reporting information for decision-making and project planning.
- Assist in determining baselines for performance standards and identifying trends in activity.
- Create templates and develop operational reports to ensure effective reporting.
- Deliver information and performance in a timely manner for internal and external reporting.
- Provide information analysis and forecast services, highlighting key results and trends.
- Utilize new technologies and presentational formats to deliver data to end-users.
- Collaborate across care groups and corporate services to support the BI agenda.
- Implement methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years NHS experience in data collection and analysis.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify anomalies in data.
- Experience with NHS data reporting systems and clinical electronic systems.
- Proficiency in tools such as Yellowfin, Trak, Access, Excel, and clinical dashboards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Experience in performance management environments.
