Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to meet stakeholder needs.
- Analyse complex datasets to provide actionable insights for the retail business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the Analytics department in creating predictive models and trend analyses.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Provide training and support to team members on business intelligence tools and systems.
- Stay updated on the latest BI technologies and suggest relevant implementations.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in SQL and data manipulation.
- Alteryx and Teradata is highly desirable.
- Experience within the retail industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- The ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
