Summary: The Business Integration Project Manager role involves leading the integration of acquired business operations into an existing wholesale structure, focusing on systems, processes, and culture. This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months based in West Yorkshire, England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end integration of acquired business operations into the existing wholesale structure, focusing on systems, processes, and organisational culture.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define integration strategy, milestones, and key success metrics.
- Manage cross-functional project teams including supply chain, IT, operations, HR, and finance to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
- Oversee the alignment of supply chain systems and processes, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
- Identify and resolve integration issues, dependencies, and change impacts.
- Champion cultural integration and effective communication across the businesses.
- Report progress to leadership and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in leading business integration projects, ideally in the wholesale, distribution, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and systems integration.
- Demonstrable experience in aligning business processes and managing cultural change during mergers or acquisitions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with a structured approach (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, or similar).
- Comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

This is a FTC (18 Months) role based in West Yorkshire.
