Summary: The Business Information Analyst role involves supporting Pension Funds under the new Future Pensions Act (WTP) by coordinating the exchange of vital information between asset management and pension management. The position requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure optimal support. The analyst will manage implementation lines, gather customer requirements, and focus on continuous improvement of processes. This is a contractor position based in Amsterdam or Heerlen with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage implementation lines with internal and external parties (funds, custodians, external asset managers).
- Gather and translate customer requirements into clear user stories and usable ICT solutions.
- Focus heavily on (functional) management and continuous improvement of the capital transfer function.
- Identify process bottlenecks and proactively propose optimizations.
- Define KPIs and SLAs in collaboration with internal teams, Pension Funds, and external partners.
- Develop roadmaps aligned with transition schedules, test plans, and fund strategies.
- Support and coordinate fund inquiries, liaising closely with ALM, actuarial services, and account management teams.
Key Skills:
- At least 6 years of experience as a Business Information Analyst.
- Strong background in drafting user stories, business requirements, and development methodologies.
- Knowledge of pensions and asset management, including understanding of current and new legislation.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to connect the bigger picture with critical details.
- Energetic, result-oriented, and decisive, with a natural drive to continuously improve processes and meet client needs.
