Summary: The Business Development Specialist role at Juice Plus+ involves supporting independent Partners to optimize their business activities and increase sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise, guide, and educate Partners on the Compensation Plan, Incentives, and Promotions.
• Work with the Regional Director to create and support training sessions for Partners.
• Monitor sales and volume data, proposing corrective measures as necessary.
• Follow up on Leader progress and outline monthly plans for achieving goals.
• Capture and share “Best Practices” with field leaders and business development teams.
• Generate social engagement via social media platforms and partner activity groups.
• Attend National Conventions and Leader events to develop engagement and identify training needs.
• Analyze market data and trends to recommend appropriate actions.
• Ensure Partners comply with company guidelines.

Key Skills:

• Good standard of education, ideally with a business-related degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing.
