Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and strategic outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and senior decision-makers
- Understand client hiring needs and present bespoke recruitment solutions across permanent and contract staffing
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new client agreements
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure seamless onboarding and successful client delivery
- Log and manage all business development activity in our CRM system
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management
