Business Development Lead
Summary: The Business Development Lead (Part-Time) role at Greener and Cleaner involves developing a sustainable income stream for the charity over an 18-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and develop a commercially viable offer for organisations
- Package existing services into a clear, structured offer
- Engage businesses and introduce Greener and Cleaner’s work
- Build and manage relationships with corporate partners
- Identify opportunities to grow income through partnerships
- Use feedback to refine and strengthen the offer over time
Key Skills:
- Experience in business development or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to create structured offers and packages
- Understanding of sustainability and environmental issues

Greener and Cleaner is a community-led charity based in Bromley, supporting residents and organisations to take practical action on climate change and sustainable living.
We re looking for a Business Development Lead to help us grow a sustainable, non-grant income stream over an 18-month programme.
Building on our existing partnerships, outreach and corporate services, you ll help shape a clear and commercially viable offer for organisations, packaging activity such as workshops, training and engagement programmes into something that can be delivered at scale.
This is a unique opportunity to combine purpose-led work with commercial thinking, helping organisations engage with sustainability in a meaningful and practical way.
