Key Responsibilities:

  • Research company information for prospective new clients for lead generation purposes.
  • Prepare budgets and proposals for international and local clients as directed.
  • Develop a good understanding of clinical trial design and the services required by the client.
  • Manage staff including planning, assigning, and directing work; managing performance and guiding professional development.
  • Address employee relations issues and resolve problems; act as a coach and mentor for subordinates.
  • Develop standard processes to ensure staff has the proper materials, systems access, and training to complete job responsibilities.
  • Oversee the execution of the training plan.
  • Assist in the marketing of Novotech at local conferences and other marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with clients in the local market by delivering client presentations and ensuring appropriate contracts are in place.

About the Role
