In this role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. You would not only be to collate and analyse important decision-making Rent-a-Car data, but to present this data to important stakeholders. This role has potential for huge exposure within the business and would be ideal for anyone with great excel and analytical skills.This is what your time at Volkswagen Financial Services might look like: Analysis of Rent-a-Car revenue, pricing and utilisation performance.Monthly production, distribution & analysis of Rent-a-Car location scorecards.Recommend assumptions used in Investor Business Plans regarding revenue by model, seasonal utilisation, sales channel mix/performance.Generating and presenting financial performance summaries for Volkswagen Group brands.Analysis of key data to provide investigation and commentary around key metrics highlighting trends and opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.Training needs analysis and preparing training materials from e-learning data and reporting.Occasionally presenting to key stakeholders on a regular basis.Analyse mystery shop data from an external supplier and present findings & outline areas to improve to key stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.About you:Currently studying a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.Strong analytical, accuracy & problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detailSelf -motivated, with excellent organisational skills and ability to use own initiativeA proactive and flexible approach with the ability to react appropriately and effectively to changing circumstances and demandsAbility to work both independently and effectively within a teamPC literacy Microsoft office skills especially excel.What we can offer you:Salary of 22,250 per annum plus discretionary bonus and company pension schemeA wealth of experience and a fun and sociable workplace to start your careerYou ll be joining a group of 49 undergraduates, so you ll have a large group of peers to work alongsideAccess to Life Skills workshops, designed specifically for you as an undergraduateOpportunity to join a discounted loan car schemePhysical and mental health support with our onsite Wellbeing CentreHybrid blend of working at our office based in Milton Keynes and working from homeHere s what our process looks like:Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.You ll then be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test.
