Key Responsibilities
- User Journey & Funnel Diagnostic: Evaluate user behavior across digital touchpoints to map drop-off points, diagnose churn drivers, and highlight areas for product or operational improvements.
- Metric Design & Reporting: Build and maintain BI reporting suites (in Tableau or Power BI) that give executive teams a real-time view of customer health, support efficiency, and platform adoption.
- Analytics Engineering Collaboration: Write production SQL to clean, structure, and model datasets-ensuring every pipeline built connects to a specific business decision or operational check.
- Modern Tooling & Efficiency: Integrate emerging AI tools (such as Claude) into your daily routine to speed up query writing, workflow documentation, and data validation, while maintaining rigorous data quality controls.
- Stakeholder Enablement & Storytelling: Lead regular insights reviews with both technical and non-technical teams, translating complex statistical analyses into simple, business-focused recommendations.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Data Analyst or Analytics function.
- Proficient in SQL
- Good working knowledge of Python for analysis and automation.
- Strong expertise with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience evaluating customer journeys, user funnels, and retention, with a solid grasp of statistics and experimentation (A/B testing).
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities-you know how to explain what you built, why you built it, and what it means for the business.
