Summary: The Business Data Analyst role involves performing complex data analysis and validation to support business needs in a hybrid work environment. The analyst will not gather requirements but will validate them while coordinating activities across delivery teams. • Ability to perform and streamline complex data analysis and extract actionable conclusions.
• Break down business problems by understanding their needs, and crafting impact assessments.
• Manage systems development lifecycle improvements by coordinating/perform testing, verification, and validation of requirements.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Person will not be gathering requirements but will be validating the requirements.
• Assist with coordinating activities across delivery teams to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders during assessment of initiatives and ongoing projects.

Key Skills:

• Strong Data Analytical skills.
• Performing data analysis, data validation, data testing, data collection.
• Strong advanced Excel - for data consolidation and reviewing data.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology and concepts, and frameworks (e.g. ISO, NIST, etc.) - nice to have.
