Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the annual budget and quarterly forecast process across all business units, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
• Collaborate with local managers to define improvement projects for budget inclusion, validating financial information for decision-making.
• Provide robust financial reporting to operational teams, ensuring visibility of performance and early warning of financial risks.
• Challenge operational performance and advise management on achieving targets through improvement measures.
• Assess business cases for operational investments and performance improvement projects, ensuring thorough financial evaluations.
• Conduct financial controlling activities in categories such as Recurring Cost, Inventory, Non-Recurring Cost, and Capex Jigs/Tools.

Key Skills:

• Qualified Accountant Preferred (CIMA) with a minimum of 2 years PQE in a manufacturing or commercial environment.
