Summary: The Business Continuity Lead at emagine will be responsible for implementing the Business Continuity Policy across the organization, working closely with business unit owners to develop tailored Business Continuity Plans (BCPs). This role emphasizes autonomy and requires strong stakeholder engagement skills to ensure effective organizational resilience. The position is integral to enhancing the company's crisis management strategies and ensuring sustained business continuity practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with business unit owners to gather insights on operational implementation.
• Develop a clear strategy for implementing the Business Continuity policy across all units.
• Ensure all elements of the Business Continuity plan are addressed from discovery through to implementation.
• Coordinate the handover process to ensure sustained business continuity practices.
• Act independently as the consultant will not receive extensive supervision.
• Assess potential crisis management scenarios to enhance the current Business Continuity plan.
