Prepare underlying materials anddesign, lead or participate in client workshops and client engagements.Skills Required: Soft Skills Excellent Verbal Communication (with the likes of CxOs / Directors/Heads),Stakeholder Management, Conducting Assessments / Interviews with Senior Executives,PowerPoint presentations. Tech Skills -o Strong Consulting experience in Business and IT / NWs domain.o Experience / Knowledge in either one or more organization capabilities Sales /Marketing / Finance / Product / Commercial / Legal aspects for a Telco.o eTOM knowledge in greater depth, Telecom OSS & BSS, Enterprise ManagementFunctions, Fibre Broadband Serviceso Experience in Operating Model definition and Organization Change Managementexperience.o Process Designing (As-Is and To-Be Processes definitions for OSS / BSS customerjourneys and other organization capabilities listed above)o Data Architecture and Modelling knowledge / Data Segregation Analysis experience.o IT Enterprise Architecture view knowledge / Functional & Non-Functional impacts oninternal IT applications and customer facing applications.o Proven quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
