Business Consultant

Summary: The Business Consultant role involves providing leadership across various platforms in the medical domain, including Veeva Vault and Salesforce Health Cloud. The position requires strategic planning, change management, and training related to technology implementation while ensuring continuity of domain knowledge. The consultant will also guide niche platform utilization and support ongoing upskilling within the consulting team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide business leadership across key platforms including Veeva Vault, Salesforce Health Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Guide and support niche platform utilization such as Docuvera and iEnvision.
• Contribute to strategic planning, change management, and training related to technology and process implementation.
• Ensure continuity of domain knowledge by maintaining a stable consulting team and facilitating ongoing upskilling and documentation.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and executive presentations.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across global teams.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in business consulting or solution advisory roles.
• Significant exposure to the medical, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes and compliance frameworks (GxP, HIPAA, ABPI).
• Experience with Veeva Vault Medical Suite and Salesforce (Health Cloud or Life Sciences verticals).
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience tools, especially content management and analytics.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and data services.
• Strong facilitation skills and experience conducting stakeholder workshops.
