  • Develop customer personas and journey maps, and build customer roadmaps.
  • Ideate use cases to support business priorities and conduct value mapping exercises.
  • Create user stories, establish KPI baselines, and report on digital marketing performance.
  • Assess performance and communicate value to customers and account teams.
  • Become a business practitioner across multiple Digital Experience solutions.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledgeable about current digital marketing trends and strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing tactics impacting success metrics.
  • Extensive experience in Customer Persona and Journey Development.
  • 5+ years’ experience in the digital space, preferably in Banking, Retail, Travel, or Telecom.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape, including performance marketing.
  • Experience with web analytics, CDPs, or personalisation tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead customer-facing workshops and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable communicating in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

Job Description: Are you a Digital Marketing / Business Consultant who can combine business and digital marketing expertise with operational know-how to create outstanding experiences? Do you have the passion to connect business challenges with technology and process optimisation?

What You'll Do

  • Lead inspiring business discovery workstreams and perform industry and customer research to establish the customer’s ‘why’
  • Collaborate with Principal Consultants, technical consultants, and customer team members to achieve relevant business goals and key metrics
  • Research and define customer requirements, building ideal-state, journey-based experiences, and identify opportunities to improve digital customer experiences through client's technology
  • Develop customer personas and ideal-state customer journey maps
  • Build customer roadmaps and lead the execution of tactical plans for the next phases of the roadmap
  • Ideate use cases to support overarching business priorities and challenge customers to look beyond the obvious
  • Conduct value mapping exercises and prioritise use case recommendations based on value and complexity
  • Take ownership of creating user stories, establishing KPI baselines, prioritising backlogs, and reporting on customers’ digital marketing performance regularly
  • Assess performance and value realised from implemented activities, communicating this value to the customer and client's Account teams
  • Become client's business practitioner across multiple Digital Experience solutions (RTCDP, CJA, Target, AJO, or similar)

Skills – What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A motivated marketer or business consultant, knowledgeable about current digital marketing trends, with experience implementing creative strategies that deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven practitioner of digital marketing tactics that positively impact key success metrics
  • Extensive experience in Customer Persona and Journey Development, including data/audience strategy
  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience working with customers in the digital space - agency, vendor, or client-side experience in dynamic environments. Industry experience in Banking, Retail, Travel, or Telecom (B2B or B2C) is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including attribution, performance marketing, and marketing automation
  • Experience as a business or technical user with industry-leading web analytics, CDPs, or personalisation tools such as CJA/Adobe Analytics, AJO, Adobe Campaign, Target, or similar
  • Self-starter, confident, opinionated, and proactive, capable of gaining the trust of customers and internal teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to plan and lead customer-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and project activities, including senior stakeholder management
  • Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Comfortable communicating in English; German is advantageous, and additional European languages (Italian, French, etc.) are a bonus
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer engagements
