Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project using a hybrid Agile and Waterfall approach.
  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budget, and resources.
  • Control project scope effectively to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Organise and lead on-site design and product review meetings.
  • Manage iterative testing cycles throughout the solution development.
  • Plan and coordinate business change management activities to prepare users for cut-over.
