Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project using a hybrid Agile and Waterfall approach.
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budget, and resources.
- Control project scope effectively to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Organise and lead on-site design and product review meetings.
- Manage iterative testing cycles throughout the solution development.
- Plan and coordinate business change management activities to prepare users for cut-over.
