Job Title: Business Change Project Manager (Fixed Term - 2 Years) Location: Manchester, 2-3 days onsite required Salary: Up to 83K - plus a car allowance and excellent benefits We are currently recruiting for a Business Change Project Manager to join our client on a two-year fixed-term contract. As the Business Change Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a portfolio of projects focused on driving operational and business change. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as HR/Finance/Customer Service to deliver improvements that enhance each area. This role will require excellent project management, change management, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage business change projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business goals. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project implementation and change adoption. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Oversee the communication and reporting of project progress to senior stakeholders and steering groups. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a Project Manager in a business change environment, ideally within sectors such as Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing or Supply Chain. Experience in delivering process improvement and operational change projects. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget. Experience in change management, with the ability to drive cultural and process transformation.
