p>Business Change Manager - Oracle Fusion Cloud
Are you passionate about driving meaningful change? A leading public organisation is embarking on an exciting journey to migrate from Agresso Business World to Oracle Fusion Cloud, and they're looking for a Business Change Manager to ensure its success.
In this role, you'll lead the people side of change, helping the organisation transition smoothly to new systems and processes. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop tailored change strategies, and provide the tools and support needed for adoption.
They're looking for someone who:
* Has experience managing change in large-scale ERP migrations, especially to Oracle Fusion.
* Can engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
* Is skilled in delivering training, communications, and business readiness plans.

This role has been deemed outside IR35, is initially for 6 months with further work planned. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days per week required (this is what the role would demand)
